Please note that information processed through social media will be deleted alongside the relevant interactions. However, posts made on public Facebook pages or within public groups remain accessible as they are part of public areas. CHILDREN’S DATA

The Services are not intended to be used by children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information about children. As of the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we “share” or “sell” (as those terms are defined in applicable law) personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

JOB APPLICANTS

If you apply for a position with us, we will process your personal data to evaluate your qualifications for current or future roles. The information we handle includes your name, contact details, date of birth, work experience, educational background, and references.

We process your data to establish and fulfil an employment agreement with you (in accordance with GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Additionally, we may process your data if we determine that our interests in doing so outweigh your interests in not having your personal data processed. Should we wish to retain your information beyond the recruitment process, we will seek your consent for this purpose.
